I am a general practitioner of law with over 26 years of experience as a 3rd generation attorney serving the Dutchess County, NY surrounding area.

I hold myself out as an attorney for the legal needs of families and small businesses. My practice is not geared for large corporate clients, insurance companies or specialty clients. My background and experience is suited to counseling the legal needs of individuals and the small business person who need sound and practical legal advice.

My emphasis areas in law fall within three primary categories. I have a broad background and interest in the selected areas of Real Estate, Matrimonial and Business Law, while I maintain my skills to handle many other general legal matters that may likely face the general public such as basic wills and estate planning matters, the handling of estates, minor traffic and criminal matters, family and neighbor disputes, and landlord-tenant matters.
